General Terms and Conditions

1. OVERVIEW

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) describe your rights and obligations in connection with your membership and use of services provided by buro. (the “Services”). By using the Services, you are agreeing to abide by and be bound by these Terms and by the House Rules which can be found on our website. Please read them carefully.

2. Membership and Services.

Your access and the scope of services provided by buro. are determined by your specific membership plan / product (e.g., Hot Desk, Fixed Desk, Private Office, Virtual Office, Day Pass, booking). We reserve the right to change or modify our services and these Terms from time to time, and we will provide notice of any significant changes.

3. Payments and Billing.

All fees for memberships, bookings, or any other services must be paid in full and in advance. We operate a strict no refund policy for fees already paid. In cases of late payment, we may apply a penalty and/or suspend your access to services until the payment is settled.

4. Use of the Space.

Your use of the buro. space, including common areas, phone booths, huddle rooms, and private offices, must be respectful of other users and consistent with a professional office environment. You are required to abide by our buro. House Rules & Policies, which are accessible on our App/Portal. Violation of these rules, including the prohibition of illegal activities or harassment, may result in the immediate cancellation of your membership without a refund. You are responsible for any damage caused to our property by you or your guests.

5. Liability and Indemnification.

You are responsible for your personal property. buro. is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items, and we recommend you arrange your own insurance. You agree to hold buro. and its affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from your breach of these Terms. We do not perform background checks on other members and are not responsible for their actions.

6. Termination of Services.

We may terminate or suspend your membership with immediate effect if you fail to comply with the provided Terms, pay fees, or adhere to our House Rules. You are responsible for removing all your property from the premises upon termination or expiration of your membership.

7. General Provisions.

This document, along with any other agreements you have signed or agreed upon digitally, constitutes the entire agreement between you and buro. Nothing in these Terms grants you any title, lease, or other real property interest in our premises. If any part of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the terms will remain in effect.
